ZUR VERSTÄRKUNG UNSERES TEAMS SUCHEN WIR SIE ALS Technischer Sachbearbeiter Überholung (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben Kundenanfragen klären Sie technisch und kaufmännisch ab und erstellen Angebote und Kostenvoranschläge. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Abwicklung der Kundenbestellungen sowie der Reparaturaufträge im SAP. Sie schliessen die Reparaturaufträge ab, kalkulieren und fakturieren diese. Auslieferungspapiere von Leih\- und dem reparierten Kundenmaterial werden von Ihnen erstellt und gleichzeitig generieren Sie die Versand\- und Exportpapiere. Sie fassen die Angebote systematisch nach und dokumentieren diese im System. Wöchentlich fordern Sie offene Rechnungen sowie überfällige Leihbaugruppen beim Kunden ein. Ihre Qualifikationen Eine technische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Erfahrung oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit hoher Technik\-Affinität bildet Ihre Basis für diese Aufgabe. Mit Vorteil haben Sie bereits mit SAP gearbeitet. Sie beherrschen die gängigen Programme der MS\-Office\-Palette und setzen diese routiniert im Arbeitsalltag ein. Versiert betreuen Sie unsere Kunden in Deutsch und Englisch, von Vorteil ist jede weitere Sprache. Sie arbeiten selbstständig und strukturiert, sind teamfähig, lernbereit sowie belastbar.
