Aufgaben:

  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Kompetente Beratung der Kunden bei technischen Fragen rund um Beton, Baustoffe und Anwendungen im Spezialtiefbau
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen im ERP-System
  • Begleitung und Überwachung der Aufträge von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung
  • Koordination mit Verkauf, Lager, Logistik und weiteren internen Fachabteilungen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kunden- und Auftragsdaten
  • Professionelle Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Erarbeitung kundenorientierter Lösungen
  • Gelegentliche Unterstützung im Lager beim Rüsten sowie beim Be- und Entladen
  • Durchführung vereinzelter Materialtransporte mit Personenwagen und Anhänger

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Innendienst, in der Sachbearbeitung oder im Kundendienst
  • Gute Branchen- und Produktkenntnisse im Bereich Beton, Betontechnik, Baustoffe oder Spezialtiefbau
  • Vertrautheit mit technischen Produkten und Arbeitsabläufen im Bauhauptgewerbe
  • Fähigkeit, technische Kundenanfragen zu verstehen und kompetent zu bearbeiten
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Teamfähige und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die bei Bedarf auch praktisch mitanpackt
  • Gültiger Führerausweis der Kategorie B
  • Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Materialtransporte mit Personenwagen und Anhänger
