Technischer Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) 80% #

Standort: Bettlach Vertragsart: Festanstellung  Vertragsstart: sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Pensum: 80% (32 Std.)

DAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Durchführung von Bestellungen für die Facility-Abteilung an den Standorten Bettlach und Grenchen 
  • Verantwortung für die jährlichen Facility-Bestellungen 
  • Verwaltung und Organisation des Schlüsselmanagements 
  • Betreuung und Administration des Exos-Zutrittssystems 
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Mitarbeiter-Badges 
  • Unterstützung bei Facility-Projekten, insbesondere in den Bereichen Budgetplanung, Offerten Einholung und Koordination von Dienstleistungen 
  • Mitarbeit bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Facility Management

DABEI BERICHTEN SIE AN: Facilities Supervisor

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, technische Grundausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation 
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Facility Management von Vorteil
  • Must Haves:
  • Erfahrung in administrativen Tätigkeiten und Bestellprozessen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Outlook, Excel und Word)
  • SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsgeschick sowie ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

OPTIONAL:

  • Erfahrung im Facility Management oder in einem technischen Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse von Zutrittskontrollsystemen (z.B. Exos)
  • Erfahrung in der Schlüssel- und Badge Verwaltung
  • Verständnis für Budgetplanung, Offerten Einholung und Lieferantenmanagement
