Zur Verstärkung unseres Marketingteams suchen wir einen organisationsstarken und proaktiven Technischen Sachbearbeiter Marketing 60-80% (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben • Umsetzung von Corporate-Publishing-Massnahmen sowie Pflege bestehender Flyer, Broschü-ren und Produktunterlagen auf Basis definierter InDesign-Vorlagen und CD-Richtlinien • Aktualisierung und Aufbereitung technischer Produktdokumentationen sowie Pflege der zuge-hörigen Stamm- und Dokumentationsdaten • Mitarbeit im Digital Marketing durch Pflege und Veröffentlichung bereitgestellter Inhalte in SharePoint, auf LinkedIn und weiteren Kanälen sowie Pflege unserer mehrsprachigen Website • Umsetzung von Database-Marketing-Massnahmen für Kampagnen, Serienbriefe und das Lead-Management in CRM- und ERP-Systemen • Mitarbeit bei der Migration bestehender Produkt- und Marketinginhalte in neue Systeme sowie auf die neue Website • Koordination mit Marketing, Verkauf und den zuständigen Fachbereichen • Punktuelle Unterstützung bei internen Events, im Give-away-Management und bei administrati-ven Marketingaufgaben

Dein Profil • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit erster Berufserfahrung im Marketing, vorzugsweise im B2B- oder Industrieumfeld • Erfahrung in der Pflege und Aufbereitung von Marketing-, Kunden- und Produktdaten • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Sicherheit im Umgang mit CRM-, ERP- und Content-Management-Systemen • Gutes Gespür für Gestaltung und eine saubere, CD-konforme Dokumentenaufbereitung • Grundkenntnisse in den Programmen der Adobe Creative Cloud • Stilsichere Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Strukturierte, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Organisationsgeschick und Freude an der Mitarbeit in einem dynamischen und technisch geprägten Umfeld
