Das Potenzial von erneuerbaren Energien ist noch lang nicht erschöpft. Unsere Auftraggeberin strebt die Marktführerschaft in diesem Bereich an. Sie möchten Ihr wissen erweitern und das bereits erlangte Know-How weitergeben? Wir suchen zur Ergänzung des Teams einen zuverlässigen und kundenorientierten Sachbearbeiter.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Abwickeln der Aufträge im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energie
  • Erfassen von Kunden- und Lieferantenbestellungen, Kontaktieren von Kunden und Lieferanten per Telefon oder E-Mail
  • Auslösen von Materialbestellungen sowie verantwortlich für die Abrechnung und Rechnungsstellung
  • Lösen von logistisch anspruchsvollen Kundenanforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Lieferanten
  • Zuständig für die Lagerbewirtschaftung
  • Prüfen von Machbarkeiten und Preisabklärungen, Erstellen von Offerten
  • Aktives Pflegen des Produktsortiments, Telefondienst

Ihr Profil

  • Techn. Grundausbildung, von Vorteil als Elektroinstallateur oder Elektroplaner 
  • Weiterbildung als Prozesstechniker, Techniker HF oder Techn. Kaufmann mit eidg. FA (oder noch in Ausbildung dazu)
  • Interesse an internen und externen Weitbildungen
  • Motivierte, teamfähige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Kundenfreundliche Denk- und Handlungsweise sowie Freude an neuen Herausforderungen
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher (C2)
