Unsere Kundin ist ein global führender Technologie-Champion im Bereich der Umformtechnik in der Region Bodensee / Ostschweiz. Für die wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Mensch und Maschine suchen wir eine kommunikationsstarke Elektrofachkraft, die ihre Stärken in der systematischen Fehleranalyse und Wissensvermittlung sieht, statt in der klassischen Installation.

Technischer Sachbearbeiter Support & Schulungen (w/m/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Remote-Diagnose & Troubleshooting: Systematische Analyse von elektrischen Störungen und Fehlermeldungen via Telefon und Remote-Zugriff
  • Technische Administration: Präzise Dokumentation der Fälle im Ticketsystem und Erstellung von Lösungen für die Wissensdatenbank
  • Durchführung von praxisnahen Bediener- und Instandhaltungsschulungen im internen Schulungszentrum (Kleingruppen bis 4 Personen)
  • Wissenstransfer: Gelegentliche Einsätze direkt beim Kunden vor Ort (ca. 1x/Monat) sowie interne Schulung der Servicetechniker

Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Basis-Ausbildung im elektrischen Umfeld ? z. B. als Automatiker, Automobil-Diagnostiker/-Mechatroniker, Multimedia-Elektroniker (Radio/TV), Elektroinstallateur oder Betriebselektriker
  • Sie können Stromlaufpläne sicher lesen, elektrische Zusammenhänge schnell verstehen und logische Fehlerdiagnosen erstellen (spezifische Maschinenbau-Erfahrung ist dabei von Vorteil, aber kein Muss)
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind für den weltweiten Kundensupport zwingend wichtig
  • Jede weitere lateinische Fremdsprache (wie Italienisch, Spanisch oder Französisch) ist für uns ein starkes Plus
  • Sie sind administrationsstark, kommunikativ und haben grosse Freude daran, technische Inhalte verständlich zu präsentieren
