Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Beantwortung technischer Kundenanfragen und Entgegennahme von Servicemeldungen
  • Vorbereitung von Wartungs- und Reparaturofferten für Kunden
  • Koordination und technischer Support der Servicetechniker in der Deutschschweiz
  • Bearbeitung von Ersatzteilbestellungen und Reklamationen im Servicebereich
  • Überwachung der Logistik und SAP-Anwendungen in allen Bereichen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung
  • Hohes Mass an technischem Verständnis in Elektrik und Mechanik
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Belastbarkeit
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit SAP-Systemen und kundenorientiertes Handeln
