Die Aufgabe umfasst die aktive Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen, die Akquisition von Neukunden sowie die technische Beratung und Lösungsfindung beim Kunden vor Ort. Zudem wirken Sie an der Optimierung von Vertriebsprozessen und der Marktbearbeitung mit.   • Aktiver Aufbau und Pflege von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen im B2B-Bereich
  • Technische Beratung und Verkauf von anspruchsvollen Lösungen
  • Identifikation neuer Marktchancen und gezielte Neukundenakquise
  • Erarbeitung von Angeboten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Technik & Innendienst
  • Führen von Verhandlungen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss

Ihr Profil ##

  • Technische Grundausbildung (z. B. Polymechaniker, Konstrukteur o. ä.) sowie eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Verkauf oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussstärke
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und an individuellen Lösungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
