Job Description ##

  • Betreuung, Beratung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Kundenstamms
  • Aufbau und Akquisition von Neukunden, insbesondere Sanitärinstallateuren, Spitälern, Altersheimen, Hotels und Fachhandelsunternehmen
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen und eines persönlichen Netzwerks in der Sanitärbranche
  • Präsentation, Einführung und Schulung von Produkten und Lösungen direkt beim Kunden
  • Regelmässiger persönlicher Austausch mit Installateuren, Fachplanern und weiteren Ansprechpartnern
  • Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen sowie Beobachtung von Trends und Entwicklungen im Markt
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung des Verkaufsgebiets und Ausbau des bestehenden Marktpotenzials
  • Selbstständige Planung und Organisation der Kundenbesuche
  • Umsetzung der vereinbarten Verkaufs- und Umsatzziele
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst sowie weiteren internen Fachstellen

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung oder im Verkauf technischer Produkte
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Property oder verwandten Branchen
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen und passende Lösungen anzubieten
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der RegionaAbgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sanitärinstallateur EFZ oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Sanitär- bzw. Gebäudetechnikbranche
  • Erfahrung im Aussendienst ist keine zwingende Voraussetzung - wichtiger sind Ihre Branchenkenntnisse, Ihre Kundenorientierung und Ihre Freude am Verkauf
  • Ein bestehendes Netzwerk zu Sanitärinstallateuren und Fachpartnern in der Ostschweiz ist von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an modernen Lösungen im Bereich Trinkwasser
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Schweizerdeutsch wird vorausgesetzt
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
