Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten und Aufträgen
  • Unterstützung des Aussendienstes bei der Kundenbetreuung und Angebotserstellung
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung durch Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten im ERP-System
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Retouren mit Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben zur Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Kunden und in der Vertriebsbetreuung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; ERP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
