Technischer Verkaufsinnendienst Riotherm Klimatechnik (a) Im technischen Verkaufsinnendienst Riotherm Klimatechnik machst du aus Kundenanfragen belastbare technische und kaufmännische Grundlagen. Du klärst Anforderungen, arbeitest Klimatisierungskonzepte aus und erstellst Angebote. In Sulgen bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Verkaufsaussendienst und Projektleitung. Dabei verbindest du Kundenkontakt, technische Ausarbeitung und administrative Koordination. Willkommen in einer Arbeitswelt mit Substanz. Bei arbeiten Menschen, die gestalten, planen, fertigen, montieren, koordinieren und weiterdenken. Gemeinsam schaffen wir Räume, Arbeitsplätze und technische Lösungen, die im Alltag bestehen müssen. Unsere Aufgaben sind vielseitig. Die Anforderungen sind hoch. Dafür siehst du jeden Tag, was deine Arbeit bewirkt. Deine Aufgabe Du bearbeitest Anfragen technisch stimmig, sauber kalkuliert und kundenorientiert. So erhalten Verkauf und Projektleitung vollständige Grundlagen für die nächsten Schritte. Was du bei uns bewegst. Du arbeitest Klimatisierungskonzepte für kleinere und grössere Kundenprojekte aus und stimmst sie intern ab. Du klärst Anforderungen direkt mit Kunden und beantwortest technische und organisatorische Rückfragen. Du erstellst Angebote und übernimmst die dazugehörigen administrativen Aufgaben. Du prüfst Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Leistungsverzeichnisse und machst Unklarheiten früh sichtbar. Du unterstützt die Projektleitung bei Planung und Koordination und sorgst für eine saubere Informationsübergabe. Was du mitbringst Du hast eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung abgeschlossen; eine technische Weiterbildung oder vergleichbare Zusatzqualifikation ist von Vorteil. Du bringst technisches Verständnis oder ausgeprägtes Interesse an Gebäudetechnik und erklärungsbedürftigen Lösungen mit. Erfahrung im technischen Verkaufsinnendienst, in einem projektorientierten KMU oder an einer vergleichbaren Kundenschnittstelle erleichtert dir den Einstieg. Du denkst vernetzt, arbeitest sicher mit Microsoft Office und kannst technische, kaufmännische und organisatorische Punkte zusammenführen. CAD\- oder ERP\-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus. Du kommunizierst sehr sicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift. Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
