COMSOL entwickelt Simulationssoftware, mit der Ingenieurinnen und Ingenieure sowie Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler anspruchsvolle technische Fragestellungen lösen und neue Produkte und Technologien entwickeln.Für unser Schweizer Team im Technopark Zürich suchen wir einen Technischen Vertriebs\- und Anwendungsingenieur mit Schwerpunkt Elektromagnetik. Sie verbinden technisches Fachwissen mit Kundenkontakt und Vertrieb und arbeiten mit führenden Engineering\- und Forschungsteams in der Schweiz und Liechtenstein zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie arbeiten an der Schnittstelle von Simulation, Kundenberatung und technischem Vertrieb. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Technische Fragestellungen von Interessenten und Kunden analysieren und geeignete Simulationslösungen mit COMSOL Multiphysics® entwickeln
  • Software\-Demonstrationen für elektromagnetische und multiphysikalische Anwendungen erstellen und präsentieren
  • Interessenten bei der Evaluierung von COMSOL Multiphysics® unterstützen
  • Bestehende Kunden bei anspruchsvollen Simulationsaufgaben beraten
  • Gemeinsam mit unserem Vertrieb neue Kunden, Anwendungen und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten entwickeln
  • Webinare, Workshops und Trainings online und vor Ort durchführen
  • Der fachliche Schwerpunkt liegt auf niederfrequenter Elektromagnetik und Elektrotechnik. Gleichzeitig erhalten Sie Einblick in eine grosse Bandbreite multiphysikalischer Anwendungen.

Ihr Profil

Sie sind technisch versiert, kommunikativ und haben Freude daran, komplexe Fragestellungen zu verstehen und verständlich zu erklären. Zudem interessieren Sie sich für Kundenberatung und technischen bringen mit:

  • MSc oder PhD in Elektrotechnik, Physik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre praktische Erfahrung mit der Modellierung elektromagnetischer Anwendungen in COMSOL Multiphysics®
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Elektromagnetik, Maxwell\-Gleichungen und numerischen Methoden
  • Erfahrung in einem relevanten Anwendungsgebiet, z. B. Energie\- und Stromnetztechnik, elektrische Maschinen, Mikrosystemtechnik oder Medizinaltechnik
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und Interesse an technischem VertriebSehr gute Präsentations\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Deutsch oder Französisch auf annähernd muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie professionelle Englischkenntnisse
  • Gültige Arbeitsberechtigung für die Schweiz
  • Von Vorteil sind vertiefte Erfahrungen mit dem AC/DC Module oder RF Module, praktische Modellierungserfahrung sowie Vertrautheit mit der Schweizer Forschungs\-, Entwicklungs\- und Industrielandschaft und ein gutes Netzwerk.
