Elle bénéficie d-une forte présence sur le marché en Suisse romande et est en plein essor en Suisse alémanique et à l-international. Filiale du Groupe Translait, Milco dispose d-une forte autonomie de gestion et est gérée comme une PME avec une forte culture d-entreprise familiale.

 

Milco recherche actuellement pour son site de Vuisternens-en-Ogoz, dans le canton de Fribourg :

 

Technologue en denrées alimentaires à 100%

Secteur des produits frais

 

Vos principales missions et tâches :

  • Assurer la fabrication et le conditionnement des produits laitiers (yogourt, lait et beurre)
  • Préparer, régler et conduire les installations de production automatisées
  • Suivre les processus de fabrication et respecter les recettes et paramètres de production
  • Effectuer les contrôles et garantir le respect des normes de qualité, d-hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
  • Identifier les anomalies et effectuer les interventions de premier niveau
  • Assurer le suivi des ordres de fabrication et des plannings
  • Effectuer le nettoyage et l-entretien des installations
  • Collaborer avec les différents secteurs, le service technique, le laboratoire et la logistique

Votre profil :

  • CFC de technologue en denrées alimentaires, idéalement avec une orientation ou une expérience dans le domaine laitier
  • Expérience dans la fabrication de denrées alimentaires et la conduite d-installations de production automatisées
  • Bonnes connaissances des procédés de fabrication ainsi que des exigences d-hygiène, de qualité et de sécurité alimentaire
  • Aisance avec les équipements techniques et intérêt pour les processus de production
  • Capacité à identifier les anomalies et à intervenir de manière autonome dans son domaine de compétences
  • Esprit d-équipe et facilité à collaborer avec différents secteurs et services
  • Personne rigoureuse, responsable, polyvalente et flexible
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en respectant les procédures et standards de production
