DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE

  • Leitung und Koordination von mechanischen Systemen und Baugruppen unserer Schienenfahrzeuge
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der mechanischen Entwicklungs- und Konstruktionsprozesse
  • Teamarbeit und technische Koordination mit internen Fachabteilungen (Projektleitung, Engineering, Beschaffung, etc. ) sowie externen Partnern und Zulieferern
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Terminvorgaben insbesondere der Anforderungen von Kundenpflichtenheften, Normen und dem Stand der Technik
  • Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Spezifikationen, Lastenheften, Projektplänen und technischen Dokumenten
  • Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse und -behebung im mechanischen Bereich
  • Mitwirkung bei der Validierung und Verifizierung mechanischer Komponenten und Baugruppen
  • Budgetverantwortung und Ressourcenplanung für das Teilprojekt
  • Projektbezogene, fachliche Führung der zugewiesenen Mitarbeiter
  • Betreuung der Projektphasen (Beschaffung, Produktion, Inbetriebnahme, Typentests, Fahrgastbetrieb) der Fahrzeuge
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Zulassungsstellen in einem internationalen Umfeld

DEINE BERUFLICHEN ERFAHRUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von mechanischen Entwicklungsprojekten, ideal im Schienenfahrzeug- oder Transportbereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in CAD-Software, Konstruktionsmethoden und mechanischer Fertigungstechnik
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Sie sind ein Generalist und System-Integrator. Sie stellen sich gerne der Herausforderung, die zahlreichen technischen Systeme in einem kreativen, aber auch systematischen Engineering-Prozess zu einem funktionierenden Ganzen zusammenzufügen
  • Offene, kommunikative, selbstständige und zielorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Sehr Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
