Wir suchen zur Verstärkung für unser Team eine Telefonistin / Empfangsmitarbeiterin in Zug 60 - 100%. (Kein Telefonverkauf) Bei weniger als 100% Ferienvertretung von 100% erwünscht. Stellenantritt nach Vereinbarung.

Ihre Aufgaben: - Bedienung der Telefonzentrale (60 Firmen) - Empfang von Kunden - Postbearbeitung - Kaffeservice an Kunden in den Konferenzräumen

Ihr Profil: - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Schweizerdeutsch) in Schrift und Sprache - Englisch - Französich von Vorteil - EDV Grundkenntnisse, Word, Excel, Outlook - Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft - Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten - Belastbar, flexibel und zuverlässig
