Unser Auftraggeber ist ein hochinnovatives Technologieunternehmen im Bereich KI-gestützter Robotik, das intelligente Softwarelösungen für die Logistik der Zukunft entwickelt. Für ein zukunftsweisendes Projekt in der Region St. Gallen – die automatisierte Verpackung und Sortierung im Logistikbereich – suchen wir schlaue Köpfe, die als Teleoperatoren die Steuerung, Feinjustierung und das Training der Roboter übernehmen.

Ihre Aufgaben: Steuern, Kalibrieren und Optimieren Roboter-Interaktion: Übernahme der manuellen Teleoperation und Remote-Steuerung bei komplexen Greif- und Verpackungsvorgängen (z. B. Verpacken von Schuhen)

Feinjustierung & Kalibrierung: Präzises Anpassen und Kalibrieren der Roboterparameter, damit der Greifer Objekte exakt und schonend erfasst

Machine Learning unterstützen: Durch Ihre Eingaben lernen die KI-Systeme kontinuierlich dazu und verbessern ihre Autonomie im laufenden Betrieb

Prozessüberwachung: Überwachung des Materialflusses und Behebung kleinerer Abweichungen im Arbeitsablauf

Darauf dürfen Sie sich freuen: Unkomplizierter Prozess: Nach einem ersten Austausch absolvieren Sie einen kurzen, 4-stündigen Schnuppereinsatz vor Ort, um die Aufgaben direkt auszuprobieren

Fundiertes Onboarding: Eine strukturierte 2-wöchige Einarbeitung macht Sie fit für die eigenständige Steuerung

Maximale Flexibilität: Absolut flexibles Arbeitspensum – ideal an den Vorlesungs- und Prüfungsplan anpassbar

Ihr Profil: Hintergrund: Technisches Interesse oder Flair für Robotik, Mechanik und Software -eine akademische Ausbildung ist nicht zwingend erforderlich

Affinität & Skills: Begeisterung fürs Gaming / Videospiele ist ein riesiger Pluspunkt – eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Feinmotorik und gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen am Bildschirm sind entscheidend

Denkweise: Analytischer Verstand ("schlaue Köpfe"), Geduld beim Einlernen von KI-Systemen und Freude an moderner Technik

Sprachen: Gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse zur Abstimmung im Entwicklerteam
