Zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Teams suchen wir dich als eine lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Persönlichkeit.Was du bewegstDeine wichtigsten Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten sind: Verantwortung für das Testmanagement eines Produkts in agilen Software-Entwicklungsprojekten (Scrum/SAFe) Aufbau, Planung und Steuerung von Teststrategien, Testkonzepten und Testplänen Koordination und punktuelle Durchführung technischer Tests (z.-B. Integrations-, Schnittstellen- oder Systemtests) Fachliche Führung und Steuerung von Testteams Sicherstellung der Testabdeckung, Qualität und Termintreue Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Management, Development Teams und Stakeholdern Stellvertretung des Product Managements, z.B. bei der Erarbeitung von Fachanforderungen und Spezifikationen Verantwortung für Testprozesse, Defect Management und Reporting Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Testmethoden und -prozessen Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung synthetischer Testdaten sowie beim Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Testautomatisierung Unterstützung bei Abnahmen (UAT), Releases und Go-Lives Weshalb dir das gelingtFür diese spannende Rolle wenden wir uns an engagierte und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeiten mit folgendem Wunschprofil: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium (HF / FH / Uni) in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Erfahrung im Testmanagement im agilen IT-Umfeld von Vorteil Fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban, idealerweise SAFe) Erfahrung mit Testmanagement- und Defect-Tracking-Tools (z.-B.
