Die Arca-Personal AG ist spezialisiert auf die Vermittlung und Verleih von qualifizierten Fachkräften in der Schweiz. Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen engagierten Test Manager / Incident Manager für ein spannendes IT-Projekt im öffentlichen Sektor. Diese Rolle erfordert eine proaktive Persönlichkeit mit stark ausgeprägtem analytischen Denkvermögen und ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Testpolitiken und -strategien unter Einhaltung relevanter Standards.
  • Verwaltung der Testsysteminfrastruktur und Koordination mit der Entwicklungs- und Betriebsabteilung.
  • Sicherstellung und Überwachung der erforderlichen Testressourcen und -aktivitäten.
  • Bearbeitung und Koordination von Problemmeldungen im Incidence- und Problemmanagement mit Tools wie Jira und Splunk.
  • Schätzung und Planung der Testaufwendungen sowie Einführung von Metriken für den Testfortschritt.
  • Vorbereitung und Koordination von Release-Einführungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Managerrollen.
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau der Testautomatisierung.

Dein Profil

  • Gültige Zertifizierung in ISTQB oder HERMES 5.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung als Testverantwortliche/r mit mindestens drei Jahren Berufserfahrung.
  • Technisches Know-how in der Integration zentraler Systeme wie SAP und GEVER.
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern.
  • Deutsch oder Französisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift.
