Testing Manager 100% (m/w/d) ============================

Spannende Aufgaben erwarten Sie \- Wir suchen eine Führungspersönlichkeit, die sämtliche Prüflabore an unserem Standort ganzheitlich verantwortet und unsere Qualitätskontrolle auf das nächste Level hebt. In dieser Schlüsselrolle berichten Sie an den Head of Quality und arbeiten eng mit Produktion und R\&D zusammen. Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für alle Laboraktivitäten der Qualitätskontrolle am Standort (Fertig\- und Halbfertigprodukte)
  • Planung und Organisation der täglichen Prüf\- und Freigabeprozesse unter optimaler Nutzung personeller und technischer Ressourcen
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Laborteams inkl. Einsatzplanung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung
  • Prüfmittelmanagement: Sicherstellung der Kalibrierung, Pflege und Verfügbarkeit aller Mess\- und Prüfmittel
  • Entwicklung, Qualifizierung/Validierung und Standardisierung von Prüfmethoden für Labor und Produktion
  • Optimierung von Prüfplänen und Prozessen inkl. statistischer Auswertung zur Effizienz\- und Qualitätssteigerung
  • Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit und Compliance im Labor
  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Managementsystems nach ISO 9001 und 9100; idealerweise Ausbau in Richtung ISO 17025
  • Schulung der Mitarbeitenden und Pflege der qualitätsrelevanten Dokumentation
  • Enge Schnittstelle zu Qualität, Produktion und R\&D; Troubleshooting und Mitarbeit in Projekten

Mit diesem Profil überzeugen Sie uns \- Sie sind eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit mit technischem oder naturwissenschaftlichem Hintergrund und fundierter Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle bzw. im Laborumfeld. Qualitätsstandards, Prozessoptimierung und die Führung von Teams gehören zu Ihren Stärken. Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie uns mit folgenden Qualifikationen:

\- Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Verbundwerkstoffe oder Maschinenbau \- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Laboren/Qualitätskontrolle in einem industriellen Umfeld \- Fundierte Kenntnisse der ISO , idealerweise auch ISO 17025 \- Sicher im Umgang mit statistischen Methoden/Analysen \- Entscheidungsstark, durchsetzungsfähig und teamorientiert mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationskompetenz \- Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift \- Strukturierte, effiziente und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz
