Seit der Gründung im Jahre 1962 ist Knies Kinderzoo in Rapperswil am Zürichsee ein beliebter Treffpunkt, wo kleine und grosse Gäste mit rund 300 Tierindividuen Bekanntschaft schliessen können. Dieser aussergewöhnliche Ort strahlt eine magische Faszination aus. Mit der Eröffnung des neu gebauten Elefantenparks im Frühling 2015 und dem dazu gehörenden Thai- Restaurant Himmapan mit bis 250 Plätzen für A la Carte und Events hat sich Knies Kinderzoo in der Region noch stärker als einmaliger Erlebnispark und führende Adresse für hochstehende kulinarische Events etabliert.

Aufgrund des Grosserfolges suchen wir

Thailändische Köche m/w

Sie sind hoch motiviert, unsere Gäste mit original zubereiteten thailändischen Gerichten auf höchstem Niveau zu verwöhnen. Sowohl am Tag in der Free Flow-Selbstbedienung, wie auch am Abend im A la Carte oder Bankett wollen unsere Gäste in eine authentische Welt eintauchen. Die ganze Faszination von Thailand soll spürbar sein.

Sie bringen viel Fachwissen mit und sind sich gewohnt, exakt, sauber und zuverlässig zu arbeiten.

Anforderungen: - Erfahrung in original thailändischer Küche auf höchster Qualitätsstufe - Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung und/oder als Kochinstruktor - Erfahrung in Gemüse schnitzen und Dekoration - Gültige Arbeitsbewilligung für die Schweiz

Since its founding in 1962 Knies Children's Zoo in Rapperswil at the Lake of Zurich is a popular meeting place, where young and old alike can meet around 300 animal individuals. The opening of the newly built elephant park in spring 2015 and the associated restaurant Himmapan with up to 250 seats for a la carte and events has even more established Knies Children’s Zoo as a unique adventure park and leading resource for high-culinary events. Due to the large success we are looking for

Thai cooks m/f

You are highly motivated to spoil our guests with authentic Thai dishes prepared at the highest level at day time with free flow self-service, as well as in the evening with à la carte service or banquets. You bring expertise and are accustomed to work accurately, cleanly and reliably.

Requirements: - High experience in original Thai cuisine (Five star level) - Experience as a team leader and/or in cooking instruction / cooking school - Experience in fruit & vegetable carving - Valid work permit for Switzerland Entry date: immediately or by appointment
