Stellenbeschreibung ##

Gesucht wird ein engagierter Tiefbaufacharbeiter (m/w/d), der das bestehende Team auf regionalen Baustellen unterstützt. Die Tätigkeit umfasst die Ausführung von Erdarbeiten, Kanal- und Strassenbauarbeiten sowie das Bedienen von Baumaschinen und -geräten. Darüber hinaus wirkt die Fachkraft bei der Einrichtung der Baustellen mit und setzt gemeinsam mit dem Team technische Pläne um. Ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Arbeit ist die Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards. Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Polieren, Bauleitern und weiteren Gewerken gehört ebenfalls zum täglichen Arbeitsablauf.

Wir erwarten ##

Vorausgesetzt wird eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhauptgewerbe, beispielsweise als Tiefbaufacharbeiter oder Strassenbauer. Praktische Erfahrung im Tiefbau ist von Vorteil, ebenso wie der Besitz eines Führerscheins der Klasse B; zusätzliche Führerscheinklassen sind wünschenswert. Erwartet wird zudem eine selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und ein hohes Mass an Flexibilität.
