Als Tiermedizinische Praxisassistentin EFZ oder Tiermedizinischer Praxisassistent EFZ möchten Sie Ihre organisatorischen Fähigkeiten mit Ihrer Leidenschaft für Tiere verbinden und täglich für einen professionellen ersten Eindruck sorgen. Für eine etablierte Kleintierpraxis in der Region Sursee suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit in einem Pensum von 80 bis 100 %. In dieser abwechslungsreichen Funktion übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle am Empfang, begleiten Tierhalterinnen und Tierhalter kompetent durch den Praxisalltag und unterstützen gleichzeitig das Team bei der Betreuung der Patienten.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Professioneller und herzlicher Empfang von Tierhalterinnen, Tierhaltern und ihren Tieren
  • Telefonische und persönliche Beratung der Kundschaft
  • Koordination und Organisation von Terminen sowie administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Abläufen am Empfang
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Praxisbetriebs durch Ihr Organisationstalent
  • Unterstützung des Teams in der Sprechstunde bei Bedarf
  • Mithilfe bei Gesundheitschecks und der Betreuung von Kleintierpatientinnen und Kleintierpatienten

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tiermedizinische Praxisassistentin EFZ oder Tiermedizinischer Praxisassistent EFZ oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im administrativen Bereich, idealerweise am Empfang einer Praxis
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität, Motivation und Interesse an einem abwechslungsreichen Aufgabengebiet
  • Teamfähigkeit und hohe Hilfsbereitschaft
