Ihre Rolle, Ihr Einfluss ###

 

  • Entwicklung und Durchführung skalierbarer Teststrategien für Traktionssysteme, um höchste Zuverlässigkeit im Flottenbetrieb zu gewährleisten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams aus Engineering, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung zur Optimierung von Testprozessen
  • Analyse und Sicherstellung der Systemzuverlässigkeit durch präzise Fehlerdiagnose und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Testmethoden
  • Einbringen neuer Ideen und Technologien zur Steigerung der Innovationskraft im Bereich Bahntechnik
  • Weitergabe von Fachwissen durch Schulungen und Mentoring innerhalb des Teams

Sie arbeiten mit engagierten, kompetenten Teams an komplexen Herausforderungen, die die Zukunft der Mobilität prägen und eine nahtlose Integration von Business und Technologie sicherstellen.

 

Was Sie mitbringen ###

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bahntechnik, Testengineering oder verwandten Feldern
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Testautomatisierung, Leistungselektronik und Bahnnormen
  • Verständnis für sicherheitskritische Systeme, Fehleranalyse und Validierungsmethoden
  • Teamfähigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

  • Einhaltung von Lieferterminen und Erreichung strategischer Projektziele
  • Effektive Zusammenarbeit und Führung innerhalb des Testteams
