Was du bewirken kannst

  • Operative Kontrollen und Prüfungen im Rahmen des Trade\-Compliance\-Systems; Mitarbeit an dessen Weiterentwicklung
  • Tarifierung, Ursprungs\-/Präferenzbestimmung sowie sanktions\- und exportkontrollrelevante Abklärungen inkl. Dokumentation und Pflege
  • Ansprechperson für Zollbehörden, externe Dienstleister und interne Stakeholder
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Audits und Zollprüfungen; Analysen und Massnahmenvorschläge zu Trade\-Entwicklungen und Trade\-Compliance\-Risiken
  • Pflege von Arbeitsanweisungen/Dokumentationen zu relevanten zoll\-, exportkontroll\- und aussenhandelsrechtlichen Themen sowie Durchführung von Trainings und Projekten

Was du mitbringst

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung plus Weiterbildung Zoll/Aussenhandel, z. B. Aussenhandelsfachfrau/\-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Customs, Export Control \& Sanctions und im internationalen Aussenhandel
  • Kenntnisse in internationalen Zollvorschriften, Exportkontrollrecht, Sanktionen/Embargos, Ursprungs\- und Präferenzrecht, Zollwert, Tarifierung und Freihandelsabkommen
  • Erfahrung mit ERP\-/Zollsystemen; sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch; Erfahrung mit KI\-Tools von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, analytische Arbeitsweise sowie starke Kommunikations\- und Projektkompetenz
