Présentation du Poste

Nous sommes une entreprise commerciale établie à Genève à la recherche d-un Chargé de Financement du Commerce autonome et digne de confiance. Il s-agit d-un poste 100 % en bureau, gérant des portefeuilles de financement du commerce, les flux contractuels et les communications d-entreprise quotidiennes.

Le poste exige un haut niveau de confidentialité, de précision, de fiabilité et de responsabilité personnelle, avec la capacité de travailler de manière indépendante, de prioriser plusieurs tâches et de coordonner efficacement avec les banques, les contreparties, les fournisseurs, les acheteurs et les parties prenantes internes.

Responsabilités Clés

Financement du Commerce & BanqueGérer la communication et la correspondance quotidiennes avec les banques, fournisseurs, acheteurs et autres contreparties commerciales.Revoir, vérifier et coordonner les projets de lettre de crédit (LC), y compris les commentaires, amendements et négociations avec les parties concernées.Préparer, soumettre, livrer et assurer le suivi des documents Cash Against Documents (CAD) et des processus bancaires associés.Surveiller les transactions de financement du commerce et s-assurer que la documentation requise est complète, précise et soumise dans les délais impartis.Contrats & Documentation CommercialePréparer et coordonner les contrats de vente, en veillant à ce que les termes commerciaux et les détails des transactions convenus soient reflétés avec exactitude.Maintenir et organiser la documentation et la correspondance liées aux transactions.Coordonner le flux de documents entre les parties prenantes internes, banques, fournisseurs, acheteurs et autres contreparties.Administration de Bureau & Tenue des RegistresMaintenir des systèmes de classement physiques et électroniques précis et bien organisés pour la documentation commerciale, bancaire, contractuelle et d-entreprise.Assurer que les documents sont correctement archivés et facilement accessibles en cas de besoin.Assurer le suivi des documents en suspens, signatures, approbations et autres questions administratives.Soutien ComptableCollecter, organiser et fournir des données transactionnelles et financières précises à des fins comptables.Préparer et maintenir les informations de support et les tableaux comptables en coordination avec la fonction comptable concernée.

Profil & Exigences du Candidat

Plus de 5 ans d-expérience avérée reliant les opérations de financement du commerce et la gestion de bureau en Suisse.Expérience confirmée dans l-exécution et la gestion des mécanismes Lettre de Crédit (L/C) et Cash Against Documents (CAD).Engagement strict à un rythme de bureau à temps plein, structuré et sur site (du lundi au vendredi, pas d-option hybride).Excellente maîtrise de l-anglais (pour les contrats commerciaux et les transactions) et du français (pour l-administration locale et les fournisseurs).
