Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Du entwickelst Menschen, nicht nur Verkaufszahlen – du begleitest dein Team in den Filialen der Region Bern, erkennst Potenziale und förderst sie nachhaltig und mit echter Überzeugung
  • Du sorgst für eine hohe Servicequalität und stellst sicher, dass die OCHSNER SHOES Verkaufsphilosophie im Alltag gelebt wird
  • Du setzt Vorgaben zur Warenpräsentation, Dekoration und zu aktuellen Werbemassnahmen aktiv um
  • Du packst im Tagesgeschäft selbst mit an – ob Ware auffüllen, Schuhschachteln stapeln oder für eine ordentliche Verkaufsfläche sorgen – du verlierst dabei nie den Überblick
  • Du findest für jede Person den richtigen Schuh – weil du zuhörst, Fragen stellst und echte Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen hast

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel sowie fundierte Verkaufserfahrung – vorzugsweise in der Schuhbranche oder einem vergleichbaren, serviceorientierten Umfeld
  • Du bist eine Leaderpersönlichkeit – auch wenn du noch keine praktische Führungserfahrung im Berufsalltag gesammelt hast. Wichtig ist uns, dass du dein Team begeisterst, mit gutem Beispiel vorangehst und Potenzial für Weiterentwicklung mitbringst
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für die Bedürfnisse deiner Kundinnen und Kunden und überzeugst mit deiner freundlichen sowie professionellen Art
  • Mit deinem Verkaufstalent und deiner Serviceorientierung trägst du zu einem positiven Einkaufserlebnis bei
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, denkst mit und handelst selbstständig sowie lösungsorientiert
