Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Zuzwil SG suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine zuverlässige, selbständige und engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Stelle als

Transportdisponent (m/w/d) 100%

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Disposition von Lastwagen (Welaki\-, Haken\- und Kipperfahrzeuge)
  • Entgegennahme und Erfassung von Kundenaufträgen per Telefon und E\-Mail in unserem EDV\-System (Swynoo)
  • Zeitnahe Planung, Organisation und Koordination der eingehenden Aufträge
  • Tägliche Fakturierung der ausgeführten Aufträge
  • Zusammenstellung, Kontrolle und Archivierung der Rechnungen
  • Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden
  • Übernahme vielfältiger administrativer Aufgaben entlang der gesamten Logistikkette

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsbildung und Erfahrung im Transportwesen, insbesondere in der Disposition
  • Führerausweis Kat. C/CE von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Auffassungsgabe sowie eine verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Engagierte, belastbare und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und Freude am täglichen Kontakt mit Kunden und Chauffeuren
