Pour renforcer pô seniors de son service solidarités et cohésion sociale, dans cadre d'un remplacement, la Ville recherche une ou un : Travailleuse sociale ou travailleur social en action sociale individuelle (CDD de novembre à décembre 2026 à 60%, avec possibilité de renouvellement) ========================================================================================================================================================= \\Votre mission :\\ Au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire de 40 personnes, vous assurez, avec vos trois collègues directs, l'accueil, l'évaluation et l'analyse de la situation des seniors sollicitant un soutien social communal. Selon les demandes, vous serez amenée ou amené à orienter, conseiller, soutenir les seniors dans leurs démarches administratives en vue de l'amélioration de leur situation et/ou de l'accès à leurs droits. Vous aurez à charge de co\\-construire, avec les personnes, la stratégie à mettre en place et évaluerez la pertinence de délivrer des prestations financières dans respect des directives communales. \\Vos tâches principales :\\ \\\< \\\>écouter, soutenir et accompagner de ère individualisée les seniors sollicitant librement service ; \\ \\\< \\\>analyser et évaluer les demandes ; \\ \\\< \\\>effectuer certains suivis à domicile ; \\ \\\< \\\>co\\-construire avec les personnes la stratégie d'action en vue d'une stabilisation de leur situation ; \\ \\\< \\\>réaliser des demandes de fonds, des dossiers pour service des prestations complémentaires et autres actes administratifs ; \\ \\\< \\\>collaborer avec les collègues de l'administration municipale ainsi qu'avec réseau socio\\-sanitaire genevois. \\ Votre profil : \\\< \\\>diplôme HETS, orientation service social souhaitée ou équivalent ; \\ \\\< \\\>expérience professionnelle dans domaine social souhaitée ; \\ \\\< \\\>bonne connaissance du public senior et du réseau socio\\-sanitaire genevois ; \\ \\\< \\\>capacité à travailler de façon autonome, en équipe et en réseau ; \\ \\\< \\\>aisance rédactionnelle et maîtrise des outils bureautiques ; \\ \\\< \\\>capacité à prendre des initiatives et aptitudes organisationnelles é ées ; \\ \\\< \\\>sens relationnel développé, empathie et diplomatie ; \\ \\\< \\\>autres langues que français, un atout. \\ \\Notre offre :\\ \\\< \\\>intégration à une équipe de professionnelles et professionnels se soumettant à un questionnement critique continu en vue de bonifier leurs missions et outils de travail ; \\ \\\< \\\>prestations sociales avantageuses d'une administration publique ; \\ \\\< \\\>5 semaines de vacances ; \\ \\\< \\\>une rémunération en classe I selon la de la ville. \\ \\Entrée en fonction :\\ 1er novembre 2026\\. \\Ce poste vous intéresse :\\ Nous attendons votre dossier complet (lettre de motivation, curriculum vitae, copies des diplômes et des certificats de travail) sur d'ici au dimanche 4 octobre 2026 inclus.
