Bei uns setzt du dich dafür ein, dass Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene mit komplexen Kommunikationsbedürfnissen Möglichkeiten erhalten, sich mitzuteilen, Beziehungen zu gestalten, Entscheidungen zu treffen und am gesellschaftlichen Leben teilzuhaben. Dabei arbeitest du in einem engagierten und herzlichen Umfeld, in dem Fachlichkeit, Zusammenarbeit und eine gute Portion Humor zusammengehören. ?

Das Blumenhaus Buchegg bietet für Menschen mit einer kognitiven und mehrfachen Behinderung ein Wohnheim mit einer integrierten Tagesstätte, eine Sonderschule mit Therapien, ein Internat für Kinder und Jugendliche und geschützte Arbeitsplätze an. Die medizinischen Therapien runden das Angebot ab. 

Zur Verstärkung unserer UK-Fachstelle suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Person als

UK- BeraterIn / UK- KoordinatorIn, 20%

In dieser Funktion wirst du Teil unserer UK-Fachstelle und gestaltest die Unterstützte Kommunikation im Blumenhaus Buchegg aktiv mit.

- Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du arbeitest in der UK-Fachstelle sowohl im Kinderbereich als auch im Erwachsenenbereich.
  • Du übernimmst fachliche Aufgaben in den Bereichen Beratung und Implementierung individueller UK-Lösungen.
  • Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen entwickelst du die Unterstützte Kommunikation innerhalb der gesamten Organisation weiter.
  • Du berätst und begleitest Mitarbeitende bei der Umsetzung von UK im Alltag.
  • Du bringst deine Expertise bei internen Schulungen, in der UK-Kerngruppe, UK-Fachgruppe sowie in der externen Netzwerkarbeit ein.
  • Du hältst dein Fachwissen durch Austausch und Weiterbildung auf dem aktuellen Stand.

? Was du mitbringst:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Heil- oder Sozialpädagogik, Logopädie, Ergotherapie, FaBe EFZ oder eine gleichwertige pädagogische Qualifikation sowie die Weiterbildung zur/zum UK- BeraterIn oder UK- KoordinatorIn 
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit komplexen Kommunikationsbeeinträchtigungen sowie im Einsatz von Gebärden, elektronischen und nicht-elektronischen Hilfsmitteln
  • Du zeichnest dich durch Teamgeist, Engagement, Offenheit und Flexibilität aus und verstehst es, dich auf unterschiedliche Situationen professionell einzustellen
