La Fondation de La Côte a pour mission d’aider les personnes dépendantes ou atteintes dans leur santé à rester dans leur milieu de vie le plus longtemps possible. Grâce à ses CMS situés à Mies, Nyon, Gland, Rolle, Aubonne, St\-Prex et Morges, elle assure des prestations afin de promouvoir, maintenir et/ou restaurer la santé, maximiser le niveau d’autonomie et favoriser l’intégration sociale de ses clients tout en soutenant les proches aidants.

Afin de compléter ses équipes de Rolle, Morges Est et Morges Ouest, la Fondation de La Côte recherche :

Un·e auxiliaire de santé en contrat horaire (40\-80%)

Missions

* Effectuer des soins de base, de l’aide à la famille et de l’aide au ménage au domicile des personnes présentant un état de dépendance physique, psychique ou un handicap.

Profil

  • Certificat d’auxiliaire santé 120h CRS ou diplôme suisse jugé équivalent ou certification étrangère avec équivalence CRS
  • Vous avez, si possible, déjà une expérience dans ce domaine. Hormis un intérêt évident pour l'âge avancé et le maintien à domicile, vous êtes autonome tout en travaillant en pluridisciplinarité.
  • La flexibilité est un de vos atouts (jours, soirs et week\-end / horaires).
  • Permis de conduire indispensable
