La Municipalité d'Ecublens recherche un chef de projet (H/F/D) à 100 %, pour le Service des bâtiments.

 

Votre profil :

  • Titulaire d'un diplôme de technicien ES en technique du bâtiment, d'un CFC de dessinateur ou d'un titre jugé équivalent.
  • Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 10 ans dans la gestion de projets et la direction de travaux.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office et des logiciels de DAO (ArchiCAD et/ou AutoCAD).
  • Compétences avérées en pilotage de projets de construction et de rénovation, établissement de soumissions, planification et suivi de travaux.
  • Bonnes connaissances des principes de la construction durable.
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation, d'analyse, de planification et de prise d'initiative.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, tout en privilégiant une collaboration constructive et un fort esprit d'équipe.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et bonnes aptitudes rédactionnelles (rapports, préavis, etc.).
  • Sens du service public et aisance dans les relations avec les différents interlocuteurs.

 

Missions principales :

  • Assumer les prestations de chef de projet lié à la construction et la rénovation des bâtiments communaux.
  • Conduire des projets immobiliers et assurer le rôle de représentant du Maître de l'Ouvrage auprès des mandataires et entreprises.
  • Assurer le respect des budgets et des plannings.
  • Participer à la rédaction de propositions, de rapports et de préavis.
  • Rédiger les documents d'appel d'offres de service ou de construction dans le respect de la Loi sur les marchés publics.
  • Coordonner les travaux avec d'autres services communaux et intercommunaux.
  • Réaliser diverses tâches administratives liées au fonctionnement du service.
