Elle est également chargée de la gestion administrative, comptable et financière de différentes entités intercommunales employant près de 3'000 personnes et représentant des budgets annuels de plus de 250 millions de francs. Dans le cadre de la continuité de son expansion et afin d'accompagner le développement de ses activités, l'ACG recherche pour intégrer et soutenir sa direction : Un(e) conseiller(e) de direction en gestion et finances (80\\-100%) ================================================================== \\Votre mission :\\ \* Analyser des politiques publiques, plus particulièrement sur les aspects financiers et organisationnels de celles\\-ci ; \* Identifier les besoins des communes dans le cadre de politiques publiques spécifiques ; \* Rédiger des notes explicatives à l'attention des magistrats communaux ou de la direction ; \* Présenter et argumenter les positions définies dans le cadre d'un dossier ; \* Fournir les éléments nécessaires à la prise de décision aux instances de l'ACG et à la direction ; \* Représenter et/ou accompagner la direction lors de séances ; \* Préparer et/ou piloter des groupes de travail avec des offices cantonaux, des communes et des partenaires. \\Formation et\\ \\expérience :\\ \* Master en gestion ou finances ou titre jugé équivalent ou Bachelor d'une HES complétée par un CAS ou DAS en gestion ou finances ; \* Formation ou expérience en action publique et en gestion de projet ; \* Expérience professionnelle de minimum 7 ans dans les domaines des analyses financières et organisationnelles ou du conseil aux entreprises. \\Profil et compétences :\\ Véritable couteau suisse, vous vous distinguez par votre approche pragmatique et votre capacité à travailler en réseau. Autonome et doté(e) d'un esprit créatif, vous savez convaincre et vulgariser l'information. Vous souhaitez vous investir pleinement dans une activité passionnante en étant capable de traiter simultanément des dossiers de natures différentes.
