Un.e Assistant.e copropriétés à 100%

 

Vos missions :

  • Assurer la gestion administrative complète d-un portefeuille de copropriétés et le suivi des demandes des copropriétaires ;
  • Organiser et préparer les Assemblées générales, rédiger les procès-verbaux et assurer le suivi des décisions prises ;
  • Garantir la bonne tenue des dossiers, la mise à jour des données et le respect des échéances ;
  • Coordonner les arrivées de nouveaux mandats avec les différents services concernés ;
  • Assurer le suivi administratif et financier des copropriétés : comptes, fonds de rénovation, contrats, factures, contentieux et refacturations ;
  • Gérer et suivre les sinistres, assurances, travaux courants et prestations de conciergerie, en collaboration avec les admiistrateurs de copropriétés ;
  • Collaborer avec les différents services internes et la Direction sur les dossiers spécifiques, notamment juridiques;
  • Veiller à la qualité des prestations, des communications et des documents adressés aux copropriétaires.

 

Vos compétences* *:

  • Une expérience confirmée dans la gestion de PPE / copropriétés en Suisse.
  • Bonne maîtrise des processus administratifs et organisationnels liés à la PPE.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément avec rigeur et autonomie.
  • Bon esprit d'équipe et sens des priorités.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams), et idéalement du logiciel Quorum ;
  • Aisance rédactionnelle et excellent sens du service.
