L-EMS Les Baumettes à Renens a été ouvert en 1984, il accueille 111 résidant·es sur 3 unités, 12 bénéficiaires au Centre d-Accueil Temporaire, 32 locataires dans ses appartements protégés et il gère une garderie de 27 places.

 

La Fondation les Baumettes ouvre en novembre 2026 son nouvel établissement à Bussigny : l-EMS La Gravernayse.

 

Il accueillera 52 résidant·es en chambres individuelles réparties sur 2 unités d-accompagnement ainsi que 12 personnes au Centre d-Accueil Temporaire, dans un cadre moderne et humain, dédié à la gériatrie et à la psychiatrie de l-âge avancé.

 

Notre mission repose sur un Plan d-accompagnement personnalisé centré sur les souhaits et attentes des résidant·es, favorisant leur autonomie, leur bien-être et leur dignité.Vous évoluerez dans un environnement qui valorise la diversité, l-inclusion et le respect de chaque personne - les bénéficiaires et le personnel.

 

Vous souhaitez participer à l-ouverture d-un nouvel établissement et vous investir pour un accompagnement de qualité, alors cette offre d-emploi pour l-EMS La Gravernayse vous est destinée.

 

Nous recherchons pour le 1er décembre 2026 (ou à convenir) :

Un·e Assistant·e en Soins et Santé Communautaire en CDI

Taux d'activité : de 70% à 80%

 

Activité principale :

Assurer des prestations de soins et d-accompagnement de qualité aux résidant·es

Soutenir, accompagner et/ou suppléer les résidant·es en tenant compte de leurs ressources et potentiels

Participer activement à la démarche du Plan d-accompagnement personnalisé des résidant·es en favorisant une prise en charge pluridisciplinaire. Nous utilisons des outils comme l-Humanitude et/ou la méthode Montessori

Seconder et/ou suppléer l-infirmier·ère dans la limite de ses champs de compétences

Travailler en collaboration avec les autres professionnel·les pour assurer la continuité et la qualité de l-accompagnement des résidant·es

 

Votre profil :

Être au bénéfice d-un certificat fédéral de capacité d-Assistant·e en Soins et Santé Communautaire

Intérêt pour l-accompagnement en lien avec les personnes âgées

Faire preuve d-organisation et de pragmatisme

Capacité à collaborer au sein d-une équipe pluridisciplinaire

Autonomie et sens des responsabilités

Sens du dialogue avec maitrise de la communication orale et écrite en français

Maitrise des outils informatiques pour la gestion des dossiers d-accompagnement
