La Fondation Apartis, propriétaire de 20 immeubles comptant 1300 locataires, a pour objectif de louer aux étudiants des logements à loyer modéré, à Fribourg et ses environs.

Pour compléter notre équipe, la Fondation recherche

un/e concierge à 50%

Profil souhaité :

  • vous êtes au bénéfice de plusieurs années d-expérience dans le domaine de la conciergerie
  • vous êtes indépendant/e et flexible
  • vous êtes capable de gérer des tâches manuelles
  • vous êtes à l-aise avec l-utilisation d-outils informatiques
  • vous avez plaisir à communiquer avec les locataires
  • vous êtes de langue maternelle française ou allemande avec de bonnes connaissances de l-autre langue

Vos tâches :

  • s-occuper de la conciergerie de plusieurs immeubles
  • exécuter des nettoyages et des petits travaux d-entretien courant
  • nettoyer des appartements
  • effectuer des états des lieux/contrôle périodique
  • remplacer les concierges d-autres sites
  • gérer notre ligne d-urgences
  • diverses autres tâches
