UN·E DATA MANAGER, « DÉPISTAGE DU CANCER DU CÔLON » (CDD) ###

 

La FONDATION GENEVOISE POUR LE DÉPISTAGE DU CANCER, fondée en 1999, est mandatée par l-État de Genève pour promouvoir et coordonner les dépistages du cancer du sein et du côlon dans la population genevoise. Rejoignez une organisation engagée dans la santé publique et contribuez à améliorer la prévention et le dépistage du cancer du côlon en tant que Data Manager.

 

Vous aurez pour mission de réaliser un contrôle qualité de la saisie des données en vue de la première évaluation du programme cantonal genevois de dépistage du cancer du côlon. D-autre part, vous transformerez les données en indicateurs à des fins d-analyse, d-aide à la décision et de publication. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec une petite équipe pluridisciplinaire.

 

Responsabilités ###

  • Analyser la qualité des données, détecter les erreurs de saisie, les valeurs aberrantes ou manquantes et corriger les incohérences,
  • Nettoyer et adapter la catégorisation des données,
  • Renforcer la qualité des données saisies par la mise en place de contrôles sur leur validité à réaliser de manière régulière,
  • Réalisation d-analyses statistiques sur les données collectées,
  • Production de visualisations et de supports de restitution des résultats,
  • Archivage final des données
  • Documentation et traçabilité des données : élaborer et maintenir les documents nécessaires à la continuité et à la traçabilité des données traitées,

 

Qualifications ###

  • Formation académique dans une discipline de la santé, biostatistiques, data science ou équivalent,
  • Au bénéfice de plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de données dans le domaine de la santé,
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de data management, de reporting et d-analyse statistique.
  • Curiosité intellectuelle, esprit d-analyse et intérêt pour la recherche appliquée,
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, avec rigueur et sens de l-organisation.
