Déployée sur plusieurs sites, l'Institution de Lavigny est constituée d’un hôpital neurologique avec consultations ambulatoires sur deux sites, d’un département hébergement pour personnes adultes en situation de handicap, avec une déficience intellectuelle ou une problématique physique, d’une école spécialisée et d’un secteur ateliers et formation professionnelle.

Le département de l’école spécialisée « La Passerelle », accueille des enfants de 6 à 18 ans en difficulté d’apprentissage et de développement. Il assure un accompagnement global de l’enfant comprenant une formation scolaire, des interventions et suivis thérapeutiques et un suivi éducatif, avec possibilité d’hébergement de semaine et des temps d’accueil parascolaire. Pour notre hébergement de semaine qui accueille 14 jeunes en âge de scolarité, et notre secteur parascolaire nous cherchons :

éducateur/trice diplômé\-e à 80% en CDI

Dont la mission principale consistera à proposer un accompagnement éducatif aux enfants/adolescents, favorisant le lien entre la vie scolaire, les temps de loisirs et la vie de famille. L’activité se partage entre un accompagnement en hébergement de semaine et l’animation d’activités parascolaires (sports, devoirs, activités culturelles, etc.).

En étroite collaboration avec les familles et le réseau professionnel, vous contribuerez à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre d’un projet individualisé et adapté à chaque jeune, dans le cadre d’une intervention visant l’apprentissage de l’autonomie, l’autodétermination et qui s’appuie sur les ressources et les compétences des jeunes et de leurs familles.

En tant que personne expérimentée, à même de gérer des projets, vous saurez proposer des activités ludiques et épanouissantes, qu’elles soient groupales ou individuelles. Vous saurez mettre en perspective et en réflexion une approche systémique et pluridisciplinaire basée sur le respect de la responsabilité, de l’autonomie et de la vulnérabilité de chacun. Dynamique, communicateur, vous possédez un intérêt marqué pour le travail en équipe interdisciplinaire.

Les horaires de travail sont annualisés et se répartissent de 7 à 22h, du lundi midi au vendredi midi. Les services sont fermés pendant les vacances scolaires vaudoises.

Nous demandons

  • Un diplôme d’éducateur social ES ou HES reconnu,
  • Un permis de conduire valable,
  • Un intérêt prononcé pour le domaine de la pédagogie spécialisée et des troubles des apprentissages,
