MISSION PRINCIPALE

Vous assurez le rôle d-interlocuteur vigilance institutionnel relatif aux dispositifs médicaux et coordonnez les démarches qualité des blocs opératoires et des plateaux techniques.

À l-interface des équipes médico-soignantes, techniques et administratives, vous garantissez le suivi des processus institutionnels liés aux dispositifs médicaux, aux registres qualité et à la gestion des risques. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la coordination administrative, l-analyse des données, le suivi des indicateurs et le pilotage des actions d-amélioration continue.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Coordonner toutes les activités en lien avec la matériovigilance au sein de l-institution et être l-interlocuteur principal avec les fournisseurs et autorités compétentes
  • Garantir les déclarations réglementaires auprès des autorités compétentes
  • Assurer le suivi des non-conformités liées aux dispositifs médicaux et aux processus du bloc opératoire
  • Participer aux audits et aux inspections
  • Conduire des projets d'amélioration continue visant la qualité, la sécurité et la performance des processus opératoires et des plateaux techniques
  • Former et accompagner les collaborateurs

COMPÉTENCES - EXIGENCES REQUISES

  • Formation certifiante dans le domaine de la santé ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Avoir une expérience professionnelle confirmée dans un environnement de bloc opératoire ou plateau technique
  • Formation complémentaire en gestion de la qualité, gestion des risques ou sécurité des patients (CAS, DAS) un atout
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction
  • Excellente maitrise des outils et plateformes informatiques, des bases de données et des outils de reporting
  • Sens de l-organisation, rigueur et autonomie
