Dans le cadre de notre stratégie de développement, nous recherchons :

Un(e) Facility Technical Coordinator à 100%

Votre mission :

· Vous planifiez, pilotez et contrôlez les activités techniques des bâtiments dont vous avez la responsabilité en partenariat avec les équipes postées

· Vous êtes le répondant technique et administratif des équipes dont vous avez la charge (de votre équipe) en collaboration avec les responsables sur site

· Vous êtes fonction support aux équipes postées et à l-ensemble de nos clients

· Vous êtes le garant de la qualité et de la sécurité des prestations techniques fournies par vos équipes et des partenaires

· Vous organisez et structurez les actions opérationnelles : négociation avec les fournisseurs, planning des actions à mener, suivi qualitatif des résultats attendus

· Vous développez et maintenez une relation de qualité et de confiance avec les équipes et les clients confiés tout en faisant preuve de souplesse et d-adaptabilité

· Vous intervenez sur toute la Suisse Romande

Vous êtes le soutien du Account Regional Facility Manager (du manager du département technique)

Vos atouts :

· Vous avez des compétences multi techniques reconnues et vous êtes considéré(e) comme un acteur majeur dans la maintenance des infrastructures

· Vous avez le sens aigu du service clients et vous êtes à l-écoute de leurs attentes et de leurs besoins

· Vous savez manager et coordonner des équipes Métier pour garantir la qualité des services fournis

· Vous êtes respecté(e) de par votre expertise professionnelle et votre compétence technique orientées solutions

· Vous savez faire preuve de souplesse dans l-organisation du département

Votre profil :

· Vous êtes au bénéfice d-une expérience confirmée dans le domaine technique

· Vous êtes diplômé dans le domaine du bâtiment idéalement CVC (électricien, électrotechnicien, CVC-)

· Vous êtes autonome, organisé et méthodique avec un bon esprit d-équipe

· Vous faites preuve d-une bonne communication envers vos différents interlocuteurs

· Vous savez vous adapter dans les différents environnements de travail

· Vous êtes souple dans les missions qui vous sont confiées

· Vous avez une expérience reconnue dans le management d-une équipe

· Vous êtes à l-aise avec les outils informatiques (Outlook, Word, Excel) et de GMAO

· Le système ISO est une référence pour vous

· Vous êtes flexible sur les horaires

· Vous appréciez partager vos connaissances et vos expériences avec vos collaborateurs

· (Vous avez l-habitude de travailler dans un environnement 100% digital)
