L-EMS de la Sionge est une institution à taille humaine, répartie sur deux sites (Sâles et Vuadens) dans la région de la Gruyère. Nous accueillons 74 résidents dans une ambiance professionnelle et chaleureuse, fondée sur une approche du soin "comme à la maison".

Un nouveau site de 123 lits ouvrira en février 2027, marquant une étape importante dans l-évolution de notre établissement.

Dans le cadre de l-accompagnement de notre évolution interne, nous recherchons :

Un(e) ICUS de 80 à 100%

Nous vous offrons d-accompagner l-évolution de notre institution vers un fonctionnement en management participatif avec des unités autonomes connectées entre elles et regroupant tous les secteurs institutionnels, un accompagnement individualisé pour répondre aux besoins des séniors et un futur établissement de 7 unités (ouverture prévue février 2027).

Pour ce faire votre objectif sera de renforcer une équipe de soins et d-accompagnement, de révéler son potentiel et de favoriser la responsabilisation individuelle/collective.

Vous percevez le bénéfice de travailler en mode transversal et interdisciplinaire. Vous savez fonctionner en mode projet et êtes un relais du changement.

Vous êtes sensible au concept de « l-humain au centre des préoccupations » ou « Montessori » et vous vous reconnaissez dans l-approche des soins palliatifs. Vous souhaitez faire pleinement profiter les séniors de leurs dernières étapes de vie en incluant leurs proches et en favorisant leur auto-détermination.

Au bénéfice d-un Bachelor of Science HES-SO en soins infirmiers ou d'un diplôme équivalent, avec pour atout un CAS en management, une expérience en gestion d-équipe et doté(e) de bonnes capacités d'analyse clinique. Vous savez gérer les priorités, vous positionner, prendre des décisions, favoriser l'interdisciplinarité au sein d'une équipe afin d'élaborer ensemble des objectifs et des interventions cummunes pour l'épanouissement de la personne âgée.

Vous maitrisez le français à l-écrit et à l-oral.
