La Fondation Saphir, fondation multi\-mission (psychogériatrie, gériatrie, psychiatrie adulte), est active dans le domaine médico\-social dans le canton de Vaud et dans l’accueil et l’accompagnement de personnes fragilisées dans leur intégrité physique et psychique au cours de leur processus de vie.

Nous recherchons pour notre établissement l'EMS Contesse à Croy, qui accueille 36 Personnes et qui est spécialisé dans la gériatrie :

Un·e infirmier·ère (F/H/D) en CDMax jusqu'au \- 70%

Quelle que soit leur fonction, les professionnel·le·s de la Fondation Saphir ont une volonté commune, celle d’accompagner les Personnes au quotidien pour leur permettre d’expérimenter concrètement la stratégie institutionnelle de prestations « comme à la maison ». C’est\-à\-dire, conserver leurs habitudes autant que possible, offrir une réponse adaptée à leurs souhaits et, par le biais d’une réelle collaboration interprofessionnelle, permettre le bien\-être et le bonheur des Personnes.

En tant qu’infirmier·ère, vous assurez des soins infirmiers préventifs, thérapeutiques, de réadaptation et palliatifs sous la supervision du·de la responsable accompagnement. Vous avez une pratique réflexive en continu qui vous permet d’évaluer et d’analyser, entres autres, les dimensions biopsychosociales et spirituelles des Personnes. Vous gérez l’ensemble des urgences médicales et activerez au besoin les procédures d’urgence. De plus, vous participez aux examens et observations en vue du diagnostic médical. De par vos valeurs centrées sur la Personne, vous établissez une relation de confiance avec les Personnes et leur entourage, en créant un environnement sécuritaire et adapté à leurs besoins.

VOTRE PARCOURS \- VOS QUALITÉS ET COMPÉTENCES

  • Bachelor en soins infirmiers ou équivalence reconnue
  • CAS en évaluation clinique ou titre jugé équivalent serait un atout
  • Sens de l’observation permettant d’évaluer rapidement une situation complexe et d’orienter les interventions pour éviter des hospitalisations ou des chutes
  • Vision non médicamenteuse
  • Grand sens des responsabilités et leadership est avéré
  • Dynamique, à l’écoute, flexible, adaptable et organisé·e
  • Votre attitude est centrée sur le bien\-être de la Personne
  • Maîtrise du français oral et écrit ainsi que la maîtrise des outils informatiques (Carefolio)
  • Connaissance du système de santé suisse un atout
