Un/e juriste F/H (80 – 100 %) L’autorité intercantonale de surveillance des jeux d'argent Gespa est en charge de la surveillance du marché suisse des loteries, des paris sportifs et des jeux d'adresse. Afin de compléter notre équipe à Berne, nous souhaitons engager pour le 1er octobre 2026 ou à une date à convenir Un/e juriste F/H (80 – 100 %). Vos tâches Vous assumez différentes tâches juridiques et interdisciplinaires dans le cadre de la surveillance étatique des jeux d'argent. Vous instruisez et traitez principalement les demandes d'autorisations des exploitants de jeux de grande envergure, procédez à la surveillance de ceux\-ci et de leurs jeux, sur dossier mais aussi sur le terrain, menez des procédures administratives et préparez des projets de décision. Vos tâches comprennent également le contact avec les exploitants de jeux, les échanges et la collaboration avec les autorités suisses et étrangères, la communication de renseignements juridiques spécifiques par oral et par écrit ainsi que la rédaction de rapports, de comptes rendus ou de notes juridiques. Vous vous occupez aussi de questions en matière de protection sociale, de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent, de transparence, ainsi que de la surveillance générale du marché. Vous bénéficiez d'une formation introductive minutieuse aux différents domaines d'activité et de l'appui de collègues expérimenté\-e\-s. Votre profil Diplômé/e MLaw de langue maternelle française, vous avez déjà une première expérience professionnelle (brevet d’avocat ou expérience en droit administratif serait un avantage) et vous souhaitez travailler dans un domaine juridique dynamique et pointu. Vous vous intéressez aux questions de la régulation étatique et avez également, dans l’idéal, un intérêt particulier pour les jeux et leurs mécanismes. Le métier de juriste est votre passion mais vous aimez aussi travailler de ère interdisciplinaire. Vous êtes de langue maternelle française et vous vous exprimez oralement aisément en allemand. Dans un environnement de travail où les tâches sont diversifiées et changeantes, vous vous distinguez par votre flexibilité, votre intégrité, votre esprit d'équipe et votre autonomie. Le sens de l’essentiel et des compétences rédactionnelles et de communication sont indispensables.
