L’Orif est présente en Suisse romande avec 10 sites de formation et plus de 560 collaborateurs\-trices. Pour notre site de Renens, nous recherchons :

maî en cuisine à 80%

Mission :

  • Assurer l’encadrement socioprofessionnel et la formation de jeunes en formation spécialisée, en participant activement aux réseaux internes et externes liés à leur accompagnement.
  • Observer et évaluer les compétences, les ressources et les possibilités d’intégration professionnelle des jeunes accompagnés.
  • Rédiger les rapports d’observation, d’évaluation et de suivi nécessaires à leur parcours de formation et de réadaptation professionnelle.
  • Assurer l’enseignement pratique et technologique en lien avec les métiers de la cuisine et de la restauration.
  • Entretenir et développer un réseau d’entreprises partenaires, notamment pour favoriser les stages, les expériences en entreprise et l’intégration professionnelle des jeunes.
  • Participer, en coresponsabilité, à la gestion, à l’organisation et au bon fonctionnement de l’atelier de cuisine.
  • Garantir l’application et le suivi des normes HACCP, ainsi que le respect des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et de fonctionnement de la cuisine.
  • Planifier et assurer, avec les jeunes en formation, la production des repas destinés à une cafétéria servant environ 70 couverts par jour, en intégrant cette activité aux objectifs pédagogiques et socioprofessionnels.
  • Planifier, organiser et réaliser, avec les jeunes, des prestations de service traiteur pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 200 personnes.
  • Assurer une collaboration étroite avec notre restaurant partenaire, notamment dans une perspective de formation pratique, de développement des compétences et de mise en situation professionnelle des jeunes.

Profil et compétences :

  • Être titulaire, au minimum, d’un CFC de cuisinier·ère ou d’un titre jugé équivalent.
  • Disposer de plusieurs années d’expérience professionnelle en cuisine, idéalement en qualité de chef·fe de partie ou de second·e de cuisine.
  • Une formation de maître·sse socioprofessionnel·le (MSP), un brevet fédéral dans le domaine ou une expérience/connaissance du secteur social constitue un atout.
  • Maîtriser les normes HACCP et leur application dans le fonctionnement quotidien d’une cuisine professionnelle.
  • Être à l’aise avec les outils bureautiques usuels.
  • Disposer d’une bonne connaissance du réseau professionnel et économique régional.
  • Faire preuve d’une grande capacité d’adaptation et de réelles aptitudes à collaborer au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire.
  • Être autonome, organisé·e, flexible et résistant·e au stress, notamment lors des périodes de forte activité.
  • Posséder une orientation client affirmée, tout en étant attentif·ve aux exigences et aux réalités du marché professionnel.
  • Porter un réel intérêt à l’accompagnement des jeunes et aux relations humaines, avec une capacité à faire preuve d’écoute, d’empathie et de bienveillance, tout en maintenant un cadre professionnel.
  • Être titulaire du permis de conduire.
