L-association AFIRO a pour missions la réadaptation professionnelle et l-emploi adapté destinés à des personnes au bénéfice de prestations de l-assurance invalidité. Elle cherche pour son centre de réadaptation et de formation à Lausanne (avenue de Provence 22) :

Un-e responsable du centre de réadaptation et formation

Membre de la direction à 90% - 100%

Présent·e au quotidien sur le terrain et rapportant au directeur général, vous assumez la responsabilité de la mission de réadaptation et formation d-Afiro, ainsi que des autres ateliers du site de Lausanne. Vous développez les relations fortes avec notre mandataire, l-Office AI, et vous assurez un haut taux d-occupation et une excellente qualité des prestations. Vous êtes garant·e du bon accompagnement de nos bénéficiaires ainsi de la solidité financière du centre. Comme membre du Comité de Direction, vous participez aussi à la stratégie globale d-Afiro.

Fonction : ####

  • Assurer et développer les activités du centre (ateliers de formation)
  • Développer, gérer et superviser les prestations d-accompagnement socioprofessionnel
  • Assurer l-exécution des mesures confiées par l-AI - VD
  • Coordonner les processus et les ressources du centre (animation de séances)
  • Diriger et encadrer l-équipe des professionnels du centre
  • Faire le suivi financer des activités du centre et du site, selon les exigences de l-AI - VD
  • Développer et entretenir des fortes relations de partenariat avec les mandants, les acteurs du secteur socioprofessionnel et des entreprises (gestion de projets)

Profil : ####

  • Formation supérieure (HES ou universitaire) dans le domaine social
  • Expérience confirmée dans la branche et dans un poste à responsabilités avec conduite d-une équipe (min. 5 ans)
  • Expérience de collaboration et de suivi de mandats avec l-AI - VD
  • Bonne connaissance du domaine de l-insertion socioprofessionnelle et des assurances sociales, spécialement l-AI - VD
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels spécifiques métiers (ERP)
  • Compétences managériales (développement et conduite d-équipes) et financières (élaboration et suivi de budgets)
  • Compétences de conception, développement et gestion de projets
