Depuis plus de 60 ans, nous nous engageons auprès des Organisations internationales en leur offrant des surfaces administratives et de conférences idéales. Expression concrète et active de la politique d’Etat hôte de la Confédération suisse et de celle du Canton de Genève, la Fondation des Immeubles pour les Organisations Internationales (FIPOI) propose une série de prestations destinées à faciliter l’implantation et les activités des organisations internationales qui s’installent à Genève. Pour les concevoir, les gérer et les entretenir dans le respect des plus hauts standards de qualité que nous nous fixons, nous pouvons compter sur les compétences et l’engagement d’une équipe performante d’une soixantaine de collaboratrices et collaborateurs.

Le Service immobilier de la FIPOI entretient et fait évoluer les bâtiments mis à disposition des organisations internationales à Genève. La Fondation entre aujourd'hui dans une phase importante d'investissement pour rénover son parc et l'adapter aux besoins de ses utilisateurs.

Dans le cadre d’une création de poste, nous recherchons :

Un•e Responsable PMO \- Projets immobiliers à 100 %

Votre mission

Basé·e près de la Place des Nations, rattaché·e au Service immobilier et en appui au Responsable du secteur projets, vous structurez et suivez le portefeuille des projets d'investissement de la Fondation. Vous travaillez en lien direct avec les chef∙fe∙s de projets et les bénéficiaires de la FIPOI.

Vos responsabilités

  • Participer à la programmation et à la priorisation des opérations, à court et moyen terme.
  • Assurer le suivi technique et financier du portefeuille : coûts, délais, risques, achats publics et reporting.
  • Développer, harmoniser et déployer des méthodes, outils et processus de pilotage communs.
  • Accompagner les chef∙fe∙s de projets au quotidien et faire évoluer la culture projet du service.
  • Conduire vous\-même des projets de petite à moyenne ampleur : coordination des mandataires, des entreprises et des parties prenantes, des études jusqu'à la mise en exploitation, dans le respect du cadre légal et des objectifs fixés.

Votre profil

  • Formation de niveau bachelor ou master (technique, administrative ou juridique).
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience comme PMO, chef·fe∙s de projets, acheteur·euse projets ou coordinateur·rice de projets dans le bâtiment, l'immobilier ou la construction.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus de projets de bâtiment, des marchés publics et du suivi contractuel.
  • Atouts : connaissance des institutions genevoises, des autorisations de construire et de l'environnement suisse de la construction (normes SIA, CFC, marchés publics), expérience en coordination de mandats pluridisciplinaires et en opérations de rénovation.
  • Aisance avec les chiffres et l'analyse de données.
  • Organisé·e, précis·e et autonome, vous aimez collaborer avec des interlocuteur∙trice∙s varié∙e∙s et avez de solides qualités rédactionnelles.
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français ; l'anglais est un avantage.
