Notre offre d'emploi s'adresse exclusivement à des personnes souhaitant exercer une fonction de secrétariat/employé·e de bureau. Il ne s'agit pas d'un poste de comptable, d'aide-comptable ou de fiscaliste et une évolution vers ces fonctions n'est pas prévue à court terme.

Description du poste ##

* Notre bureau compte une dizaine de personnes. Nous recherchons un·e secrétaire expérimenté·e pour assurer la gestion administrative et organisationnelle quotidienne du cabinet. * Lieu de travail à 5 minutes à pied de la gare de Lausanne. * Taux d'activité entre 40% et 60%, à discuter. * Présence requise : le mardi et le mercredi de 8 h. à 17 h. Les demi-journées ou la journée complémentaire - en fonction du taux d-activité retenu - seront fixées d-un commun accord et seront effectuées le lundi ou le vendredi. * Pas de télétravail possible. * Entrée en fonction de suite.

Votre mission ##

  • Accueil téléphonique et réception de la clientèle.
  • Gestion du courrier, des courriels et de la correspondance.
  • Préparation, classement et numérisation des dossiers.
  • Gestion administrative courante de la fiduciaire et des échéances.
  • Suivi de la facturation.
  • Gestion des agendas et prise de rendez-vous.
  • Soutien administratif à la direction et à l'équipe.

Votre profil ##

Veuillez postuler uniquement si vous remplissez les critères suivants :

  • Expérience préalable réussie de plusieurs années dans une fonction de secrétariat, idéalement au sein d'une fiduciaire en Suisse romande.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit, avec une orthographe irréprochable.
  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques courants (Microsoft 365, gestion électronique de documents, outils administratifs numériques).
  • Personnalité proactive, autonome, rigoureuse et capable d'anticiper les besoins.
  • Intérêt marqué pour les fonctions administratives et organisationnelles.
  • Aisance dans le suivi de la facturation et des tâches administratives récurrentes.
  • Permis de travail suisse valable ou nationalité suisse.
