Engagez\\-vous avec nous pour concrétiser la vision d'une société solidaire, en tant que Un ou deux assistant\\-s socio\\-éducatif\\-s (ASE) de la petite enfance au Service Intégration 20\\-90% (h/f/d) CDD de 5 mois ============================================================================================================================ Département Migration \\\& Intégration Suisse romande, une antenne de Caritas Suisse à Fribourg, est responsable de l'accompagnement et de l'intégration des réfugié\\-e\\-s statutaires dans canton de Fribourg sur mandat d'État. Service Intégration est un service pluridisciplinaire composé de 30 personnes réparties dans cinq domaines. Service a pour mission de favoriser l'intégration professionnelle et sociale durable des réfugié\\-e\\-s. Les professionnel\\- \\-s accompagnent les bénéficiaires individuellement et en groupe afin d'évaluer leurs besoins et leurs compétences, de développer des mesures personnalisées et de coordonner travail avec les autres services et les partenaires externes. Pour soutenir l'équipe du domaine de la petite enfance, Service Intégration recherche, pour une durée déterminée, un\\-e ou deux assistants\\-es socio\\-éducatifs\\-ves (ASE) de la petite enfance. Les horaires et l'ouverture de la garderie sont les suivants : du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h à 12 h et de 13 h à 17 h. La garderie est fermée du 21\\.12\\.2026 au 01\\.01\\.2027 et du 08\\.02\\.2027 au 19\\.02\\.2027\\. \\Vos tâches\\ \\\< \\\>Contribuer au bon fonctionnement, à la planification et à la dynamique de la garderie \\ \\\< \\\>Participer à la gestion des inscriptions \\ \\\< \\\>Accueillir les enfants et leurs parents, et les soutenir activement dans processus de séparation \\ \\\< \\\>Organiser et animer diverses activités récréatives et créatives \\ \\\< \\\>Gérer les achats courants (goûters, matériel d'activités, autres fournitures) \\ \\\< \\\>Faire vivre et appliquer au quotidien concept pédagogique de la structure d'accueil \\ \\\< \\\>Offrir un encadrement sécurisant, éducatif et stimulant \\ \\\< \\\>Participer à l'encadrement des auxiliaires et des stagiaires de la garderie \\ \\\< \\\>Participer aux séances d'équipe \\ \\Nos exigences\\ \\\< \\\>Diplôme d'assistant·e socio\\-éducatif·ve (ASE) et expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans un poste similaire \\ \\\< \\\>Excellente aisance dans la relation avec les enfants de 6 mois à 8 ans et leur famille \\ \\\< \\\>Très bonnes capacités d'organisation et de communication \\ \\\< \\\>Capacité à travailler avec un groupe de 20 enfants dans un contexte multiculturel \\ \\\< \\\>Capacité à adopter une posture professionnelle bienveillante et à faire preuve d'une éthique de travail irréprochable \\ \\\< \\\>Sens aigu des responsabilités et rigueur professionnelle, notamment en matière de prise en charge et de protection de l'enfance \\ \\\< \\\>Maîtrise parfaite du français ; la connaissance d'autres langues constitue un atout \\ \\\< \\\>La remise des extraits ordinaire et spécial du casier judiciaire sera exigée avant l'entrée en fonction. \\ lieu de travail est Fribourg.
