Souhaitant remplacer une collaboratrice ayant eu une promotion dans le service des finances, l-Association des communes genevoises (ACG) recherche pour un contrat de durée indéterminée :

Un ou une gestionnaire de dossiers, facturation (80% - 100%)

Le service facturation de l-ACG s-occupe de :

  • la facturation de la prise en charge parascolaire pour les 40 communes membres du GIAP avec plus de 22'000 familles inscrites ;
  • la facturation des repas pour les 32 communes affiliées au réseau « Restoscolaire » avec plus de 13'000 familles inscrites.

Votre mission :

Au sein d-une équipe de 6 personnes, vous êtes en capacité de :

  • Répondre aux demandes téléphoniques et écrites des parents ;
  • Étudier des dossiers de demande de rabais avec une prise de décision ;
  • Comptabiliser des paiements entrants ;
  • Gérer des comptes débiteurs, analyse des situations et transmission d-informations ;
  • S-assurer du recouvrement des prestations ;
  • Réaliser des tableaux de suivi et de réconciliation à l-attention des communes affiliées ;
  • Gérer des réclamations.

Formation, expérience et compétences requises :

  • Maturité professionnelle commerciale ou formation jugée équivalente ;
  • Expérience 2 ans minimum dans le domaine de la facturation ou de la comptabilité ;
  • Bonne maîtrise d-Excel et aisance dans le traitement et l'analyse de données ;
  • Connaissance fiscalité personne physique un atout ;
  • Nationalité suisse ou permis de travail valable.

  • Vous avez une personnalité dynamique et vous souhaitez vous épanouir au sein d-une équipe motivée tout en bénéficiant d-autonomie et d-excellentes conditions de travail ;
  • Vous possédez un esprit d'initiative et de synthèse, vous êtes polyvalent, et vous avez le souci de la qualité ;
  • Vous parvenez à traiter une quantité importante de travail tout en résistant au stress, grâce à un grand sens de l'organisation et une gestion des priorités ;
  • Vous avez un sens prononcé du service public et vous êtes à l-écoute des besoins des usagers.
