Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche, pour notre secteur Forestier, de un Régleur CNC (H/F/D) 100% Vos missions Le/la régleur/euse exécute des travaux de réglages sur des installations et/ou machines spécifiques afin d’assurer la réalisation des produits. Il ou elle est responsable de corriger et contrôler les process de fabrication. Il ou elle garantit la qualité de fabrication, le respect des délais et de la productivité. Il ou elle peut être amené à travailler dans plusieurs secteurs. Production Effectuer le réglage d’une ou plusieurs machines Suivre la production (lancement, suivi, alimentation) Gérer la maintenance de premier niveau Intervenir en cas de panne « simple » Contacter le service maintenance en cas de panne Remplir les documents du suivi de la production dans complexe et collaborer étroitement avec ce dernier le système Maintenir l’ordre et la propreté sur le poste de travail Charger \& décharger les machines Proposer des solutions d’améliorations des performances Qualité, Coûts, Délais Qualité \& Contrôle Corriger toutes dérives du process de fabrication Réaliser le contrôle des pièces selon les instructions et/ou les documents Nettoyer et entretenir les machines Assurer l’état du bon fonctionnement de l’outillage du début à la fin de série. Hygiène \& Sécurité Respecter, connaître et appliquer les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité Appliquer la charte de sécurité. Communication \& formation Participer à l’amélioration continue (AIC, groupe de travail) Collaborer avec les opérateurs Communiquer toutes les problématiques à son/sa supérieur\-e hiérarchique Appuyer son\-sa supérieur\-e et l’entreprise dans le domaine de la formation interne. Compétences professionnelles et personnelles Rigoureux \& méthodique Aptitude à répondre aux objectifs de la production Dextérité manuelle Capacité à contrôler Sens de l’organisation Autonomie Communication Esprit d’initiative Rapidité d’exécution Flexibilité et polyvalence Faire preuve de bon sens Honnêteté Respect Formation base et continue CFC dans un métier mécanique ou formation jugée équivalente Expérience dans les réglages de machines souhaitée Maîtrise de l’utilisation des appareils de contrôles conventionnels Lecture de dessins techniques Connaissance informatique de base (saisies de données).
