Grazie all-impegno e alla competenza degli oltre 6-500 collaboratori e alla loro attenzione verso la relazione umana, l-EOC assicura un-assistenza sanitaria di qualità prendendosi cura di oltre 41'000 pazienti degenti all-anno e fornendo oltre 600'000 consulti ambulatoriali.

un/una Data Manager (80-100%) #

Scopo della funzione: ##

Contribuire alla gestione, alla qualità e alla valorizzazione dei dati nell-ambito delle attività del Servizio Qualità e Rischi, favorendone l-utilizzo per il monitoraggio e il miglioramento continuo della qualità e della sicurezza delle cure. Assicurare la gestione dei dati relativi ai registri sanitari nazionali, internazionali e interni e fornire supporto, attraverso dati, indicatori e analisi, alle attività di qualità, gestione dei rischi e, per gli aspetti di competenza, di clinical governance. Principali attività:

  • Gestire i dati relativi ai registri sanitari nazionali, internazionali e interni di competenza del Servizio Qualità e Rischi, assicurandone qualità, completezza e tracciabilità.
  • Organizzare e ottimizzare i processi di raccolta, validazione e gestione dei dati, favorendone, dove possibile, l-automazione.
  • Elaborare e analizzare dati e indicatori relativi alla qualità e alla sicurezza delle cure, contribuendo alla realizzazione di report, dashboard e strumenti di monitoraggio.
  • Supportare, attraverso dati e analisi, i progetti di miglioramento della qualità e della sicurezza dei pazienti e, per gli aspetti di competenza, le attività di clinical governance.
  • Collaborare con i professionisti clinici e con le altre funzioni aziendali nella definizione e nello sviluppo di indicatori e strumenti di monitoraggio.
  • Partecipare, per gli aspetti di competenza, ad audit, certificazioni e altre attività di verifica.

Competenze ed esperienze professionali: ##

  • Formazione accademica (discipline sanitarie, economiche, statistiche o affini) o titolo equivalente.
  • Esperienza nella gestione, elaborazione e analisi di dati.
  • Conoscenze di base in statistica.
  • Buone competenze informatiche nell-ambito della gestione e analisi dei dati.
  • Capacità di comprendere processi complessi e di tradurre esigenze cliniche e organizzative in requisiti informativi.
  • Costituisce titolo preferenziale esperienza in ambito sanitario e ospedaliero e/o nella gestione di registri sanitari.
  • Auspicate conoscenze delle lingue nazionali e dell-inglese.

  • Autonomia, affidabilità e senso di responsabilità.
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione in contesti multidisciplinari.

  • Capacità di comunicare informazioni e risultati complessi in modo chiaro e comprensibile.
